CONSULTING
With a focus on initiatives and projects related to 21st-century teaching and learning, Lucy Gray provides guidance and expertise on innovative best practices to schools, non-profits, and companies. Since 2010, Lucy has worked with leading organizations on a variety of projects related to strategic planning, marketing, and professional learning.
COACHING
Coaching engagements are effective ways for bringing about sustained change in school or district. Lucy enjoys working with schools on a long-term basis to support initiatives and has served as an innovation coach for several school-based projects at both elementary and secondary levels. In one engagement, she coached a parochial school in Michigan through the process of rolling out an iPad program. She also worked with teachers at a Chicago Public School in a 1:1 mobile learning pilot involving Android devices. Additionally, she conducted ongoing professional development as part of a Chromebook pilot in a large suburban high school district. Lucy provided iPad-related professional development and innovation coaching to teachers at a New York-based international school.
PRESENTING
In addition to running her GlobalEd Events, Lucy is a regularly featured presenter at leading education conferences. She also conducts customized workshops at schools on relevant education topics ranging from the practical to the philosophical. Lucy often works other cutting-edge educators educators in her professional learning network to design customized professional development experiences for teachers.
